·         Correspondence received: Raffle donation from local companies,

 

·         Finance update: £80 (approx.) made from selling craft donations.  £406 profit from Halloween trail.

 

·         Next Events:     

 

PTA virtual Christmas Fayre (SM) £5/ stall, launching 21/11. Advertise fayre on PTA page as well as in school newsletter. 10 stalls so far paid and waiting for the event to go live.

“Mount Pleasant Primary go to the North Pole” (LDB) Tues 1/12 launch “find the elves” £2 entry.  1st-18th Dec Walk/ run/ bike 10 miles (6 miles for nursery/ reception), staff to also take part.  18th Dec Meet Father Christmas – Alex Lock (virtually at assembly for each class. Costume: to be loaned from Fourteen Locks Canal Centre (KD) Medals to be purchased approx £250 inc postage £270 if also to purchase for teachers. If taking sponsorship this will be split between chosen charities

Christmas Raffle (KD): Prize donations being received, including from stalls entering the fayre.  Posted donation letter on messenger group for parents to use.  Online raffle Squareup donation £1/ ticket advertise in newsletter too – e mail for information.  Advertise prizes/ ticket sales late November online live random number generator draw mid-December which will either take place on the virtual fayre page or on PTA page.

Other agenda items: Online banking now set up; Squareup set up and used for Halloween Trail, no issues apart from apple pay not currently working so within messages being sent we are advising of this. Preloved uniform stocktake and reposted on social media. Will Sellers completed playground repairs 23/10.

 

Forest school/ grounds: SG to contact Natalie to trim Willows. We also need to discuss moving Rhododendron behind compost bin with Sarah Simmons. New playground markings to be organised for 2021.
