Our attendance target for 2023-2024 is 96%. Make sure you continue to work in partnership with school in the new year, ensuring your child attends school every day, wearing school uniform with the items they require. Holidays in term time can not be authorised and will show as an unauthorised absence. Your child’s progress both academically and socially is negatively impacted when attendance is poor. See chart below for further information.

Nadolig Llawen

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support, working in partnership with us to enable your child achieve their full potential. It’s been a really exciting term at Mount Pleasant Primary, we’ve experienced exciting learning opportunities in classrooms, attended educational and fun trips, had amazing visitors and put on outstanding Christmas performances. I look forward to working in partnership with you all in the New Year.

The PTA have been working  with us over the last term, I’d like to thank them for their ideas, organisation and enthusiasm. What an outstanding job they’ve done! Thank you to the MPPS Staff for their commitment to education, enthusiasm and hard work, you are all very much appreciated. Now is the time for the Mount Pleasant Family to have a happy and restful Christmas break.

Merry Christmas from the MPPS Team
