Harvest Collection

It’s that time of year again! We are asking the children and families of Mount Pleasant Primary School to make a contribution of dried food, tins, toiletries and non-perishable items in order to celebrate our Harvest. We will donate our Harvest collection to the Christchurch Centre food bank facility. I’m sure you’ll all agree there is much need in our communities for foodbanks in these difficult times. It will be lovely to see our Harvest collection going to such a worthy cause.

If you would like to support our Harvest please bring any contributions in before Thursday 15th October.

Thank you

COVID-19

It is essential that any pupil, teacher or staff member who have COVID-19 symptoms, or who share a household with someone who has symptoms, does not attend the school / setting and follows the self-isolation guidance and access a test.

THE MAIN SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19:-

a high temperature: this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
a new, continuous cough: this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste: this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal.
