Friday 26th October

Dear Parent/Guardian,

We’ve had a wonderful half term at Mount Pleasant Primary School. Our Nursery and Reception children have settled in well, Year 6 have had team building fun at Hilston Park, exciting experiential learning has taken place across the whole school and the ‘Harvest Festival’ was a huge success with Mrs Thomas (school cook) making us harvest loaves to share. Your contributions to the Harvest Festival were much appreciated and made a difference to many people who visit the Christchurch Centre to access food banks.  Have a wonderful half term break, the Mount Pleasant team look forward to seeing you all on Tuesday 6th November to start an exciting half term.

Many thanks to my staff who have made teaching and learning inspirational this half term and to the governors who have been actively involved in the life of the school.

Thank you all for your continued support.

Yours sincerely,

Miss F Rutledge (Headteacher)
