Welcome back

The pupils have returned to school looking incredibly smart and ready to learn, we all look forward to working with you over the Summer Term to make learning exciting, fun and with appropriate challenge. Please be reminded to access the weekly newsletter where you will be informed of up-and-coming dates and events.

I’d like to officially welcome Miss C. Stockford to the school family as our School Support Officer. Thank you to all of those parents who have already met her and made her feel very welcome. Welcome to the Mount Pleasant Family Miss Stockford.  

I’m delighted to announce that Miss Gilfillan has given birth to a beautiful baby girl. She was born on Sunday 7^th April during the early hours, weighing in at a healthy 7lbs. We look forward to meeting baby Mali very soon. Welcome to the world baby Mali from all of us at MPPS.

SCHOOL RUN CLUBS

After school clubs will be starting the week beginning 15^th April 2024. Please be aware that many after school clubs have limited numbers. 

All clubs run from 3.20pm to 4.00pm. Google Forms will be sent out via text on Friday 12^th April at 4pm, on a first come, first served basis. Class teachers will inform pupils if they have been successful on Monday 15^th April , in readiness for the clubs to begin. Please note that for younger pupils, letters will be sent out to confirm places.

Please note; If your child has already confirmed with Miss Medhurst that they will be attending choir, they do not need to sign up this term. There are only 15 places remaining for Year 4.
