Heroes Helping Heroes!
Learning Log Project Homework
This half term we are busy exploring the topic 'People who help us'.
Your learning log homework for this project is to design and make a model of a person or place that we have researched.
Some of our suggestions have included:
Vet and Animal hospital
Doctor or nurse and hospital
Fire officer and fire station
Police officer and police station
Teacher and school
...and many more!
Design your model in your learning log and then make a 3D junk model out of recyclable materials. Why not then cover in paper, paint, decorate, add details using other materials etc.?
Please be prepared to explain your project to the class: What you made and why? How you made it? Who helped you etc.
Homework is to be returned on Monday 5th March, with presentations taking place throughout the week. If you complete your model sooner, great! We will display them around the classroom.
Have fun and be creative!
Are you an everyday hero?! Do you help people in need?
We can't wait to find out more about how we can be heroes in our community?
What skills does it take to be a community hero?
Do your have community heroes in your family?
Have you done something heroic you would like us to know more about?
Then why not post a message on our padlet below.
